Jeffrey A. Phillips

Jeffrey A. Phillips is the owner and founder of the Phillips LAw Firm and practices primarily int he area of civil litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Phillips received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University in 1986 and his law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1993, and is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in South Carolina.

Prior to opening his private practice in 1998, Mr. Phillips had the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Henry F. Floyd, was a prosecutor for 13th Circuit Solicitor's Office, and Director of Prosecution for the Insurance Fraud Division of the South Carolina Attorney General's Office.

Jeff Boteler

Jeff Boteler is an associate attorney with the Phillips Law Firm practicing primarily in the areas of residential and commerical Real Estate, Civil Litigation and Estate Planning. Mr. Boteler earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Furman University and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. He is a member of the Greenville County and American Bar Associations as well as the South Carolina Bar.
